The Moorestown Township Public Schools seeks an outstanding educational leader to serve as successor Superintendent of Schools beginning as early as January 1, 2025, but no later than July 1, 2025.

About MTPS

Located in southwest Burlington County, NJ, the Township of Moorestown is 15.1 square miles and has a population of almost 21,000. Moorestown has a colonial history, a small-town feel, is centrally located, and is one of the most desirable suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.

The Moorestown Township Public Schools serve 3,900 students in grades pre-K -12 in 6 schools. The motto of this high performing district is “Excellence…Equity… Engagement via Partnership” and the board, staff, parents, and community members work together for the students in the district. The mission of the Moorestown Township Public Schools is to provide opportunities and experiences for students based on academic, emotional, and social foundations to develop life-ready learners who contribute to and embrace an ever-changing and diverse society.
